1.25oz  Ketel One Citroen

0.5oz Limoncello

0.5oz Lemon Juice

0.25oz Sugar Syrup

6 Crushed Peppercorns

6 Basil Leaves

1.5oz Pineapple Juice

1 Basil Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Highball Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice.

  3. Garnish with a Basil Sprig.

14.2 g per serve
