0.3oz Navan Vanilla Liqueur
2.5oz Pineapple Juice
0.8oz Pineapple Syrup
0.5oz Habanero Lime Syrup
1 Melon Ball (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Soak Melon Balls in Rum and leave to marinade.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with the Rum-soaked Melon Ball.
