0.5oz Lime Juice
0.75 Grapefruit Juice
0.25 Balsamic Vinegar
3 Fresh Strawberries
1 Strawberry (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Muddle Strawberries in a Cocktail Shaker.
Add all liquid ingredients with ice and shake.
Double strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a Strawberry.
