Smirnoff Apple Collins

This twist on the classic Tom Collins recipe is made with Smirnoff No. 21 and an apple slice for extra sweetness.

Ingredients

1.75oz Smirnoff No.21 Vodka

0.5oz Lemon Juice

1.75oz Apple Juice

2.5oz Soda

1 Apple Slice and Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Fill a highball with cubed ice.

  2. Into a cocktail shaker, add all the liquid ingredients apart from the Soda Water.

  3.  Fill the shaker three-quarters of the way with cubed ice and shake well.

  4. Strain over the cubed ice in the Highball glass.

  5. Top with Soda Water.
