Smirnoff Cucumber Mint Collins
This cool, refreshing adaptation of the classic Collins is a tasty blend of Smirnoff Red, Mint, Lime and Cucumber.

0.5oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
3.5oz Soda
1 Lemon Wheel (Garnish)
1 Cucumber Peel (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Highball Glass
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all ingredients to a Highball glass filled with Cubed ice.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon wheel, Cucumber Peel and Mint Sprig.
