Take a spin to the South Side with this summertime sensation from the Windy City! Tanqueray London Dry Gin over muddled Mint and Lime and topped with ice - it's the perfect libation for a scorching day!

1.75oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin

0.75oz  Lime Juice

0.5oz  Sugar Syrup

8 Mint Leaves

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Muddler

method

  1. Muddle Lime wedges with Sugar Syrup in the Highball glass.

  2. Add the Tanqueray and fill glass with crushed ice.

  3. Churn with a Bar Spoon.

  4. Add more crushed ice, if required.

  5. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
