Take a spin to the South Side with this summertime sensation from the Windy City! Tanqueray London Dry Gin over muddled Mint and Lime and topped with ice - it's the perfect libation for a scorching day!

1.75oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
0.75oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Muddler
method
Muddle Lime wedges with Sugar Syrup in the Highball glass.
Add the Tanqueray and fill glass with crushed ice.
Churn with a Bar Spoon.
Add more crushed ice, if required.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
