0.75oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky
0.5oz Peach Schnapps
5oz Simple Syrup
2 Mint Leaves
0.5oz Sour Mix
1 Twist Lime (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients and Mint with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Garnish with a Lime twist.
