Ingredients

0.75oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin

0.75oz Sweet Vermouth

0.25oz Maraschino Liqueur

1 Orange Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Martini Glass

1 Mixing Glass

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Rinse the Martini glass with the Maraschino Liqueur.

  2. Stir all the ingredients in a Mixing glass filled with ice.

  3. Strain into the rinsed Martini glass.

  4. Garnish with an Orange wheel.
