2.5oz Whole Milk
1 Whole Egg
1 Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Steam Wand
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients without ice.
Heat the cocktail with a steam wand.
Pour into a Rocks glass.
Garnish with Nutmeg Powder.
