0.75oz Lemon Juice
12.25oz Sugar Syrup
0.75oz Pasteurised Egg White
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer

method
Vigorously shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a Lemon twist.
