0.25oz White Tea
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 pinch of Cinnamon
1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 Orchid Flower (Garnish)

1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Garnish with an Orchid Flower.
