Ingredients

0.75oz Tanqueray Gin

0.75oz Orange Liqueur

12.25oz Blue Curacao

12.25oz Rose Water

12.25oz  Lime Juice

6 Blueberries

3.5oz Indian Tonic

1 Red Rose (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the Blueberries in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake the rest of the ingredients except the Tonic Water in an ice-filled shaker.

  3. Double strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

  4. Top with Tonic Water.

  5. Garnish with a Red Rose.
