20ml Casamigos Mezcal

20ml Casamigos Reposado

15ml Ancho Reyes

20ml Mango Puree

20.5ml Lime Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

1 Mango Slice (Garnish)

1 Chilli Slices (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1  Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Mango Slice and Chilli Slices.
