Australian Mojito
A Mojito with serious fire in its belly, made with Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, mint, lime and soda.



Serves:
Ingredients
45ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
45ml Soda water
25ml Lime juice
15ml Sugar syrup
10 Mint leaves
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Muddler
method
Muddle Mint Leaves and Sugar in the glass.
Add Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum.
Churn with a Bar Spoon.
Top up with soda and fill the glass with Crushed Ice.
Garnish with Mint Sprig.
