30ml Pink grapefruit Juice
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar syrup
1 Star Anise (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fawthrone Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Cupe Glass.
Garnish with a Star Anise.
