Ingredients

35ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila

10ml Spiced citrus liqueur

25ml Sweet & sour fresh

15ml Lemon Juice

10ml Agave nectar

10ml Desert pear syrup

1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients except the Pear Syrup with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Pour the Pear Syrup down the edge of the glass.

  4. Garnish with a Lime Wheel.
