15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Vanilla Syrup
1 Top up with Soda water
1 Red Grape (Garnish)

1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake the first three ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Top with Soda Water.
Garnish with a Red Grape.
