Taste the cool and invigorating Cacique 500 and soda garnished with sugar, lime and mint leaves.

50ml Cacique 500 Rum
5 Lime Wedges
15ml Sugar syrup
10 Mint leaves
1 Sprig of Mint (Garnish)
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Muddle Four Lime Wedges in the bottom of a Highball Glass.
Add all other ingredients.
Fill halfway with Crushed Ice and churn.
Add a Splash of Soda and top with Crushed Ice.
Garnish with a Fresh Mint Sprig and the last Lime Wedge.
