70ml Orange juice
5ml Lime juice
5ml Sugar syrup
1 Lemon Wedge (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer

method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into an Ice-filled Hurricane Glass.
Garnish with a Lemon Wedge.
