10ml Raspberry liqueur
10ml Pineapple juice
1 Raspberry (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into a chilled Champagne Flute.
Garnish with a Raspberry.
