Coconut Pomegranate

An exotic fusion of flavours! Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka with Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut and a splash of pomegranate juice. Served straight up with coconut flakes, this is one tropical temptation.

Ingredients

35ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka

10ml Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut

70ml Pomegranate juice

1  tsp Coconut Flakes (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Wet the rim of a chilled Martini Glass with Lime.

  2. Dip the glass into the Coconut Flakes and set aside.

  3. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  4. Fine strain into the Martini Glass.
