Ingredients

25ml George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whisky

12.5ml  Italian Americano Aperitif Wine/French Blanc Aperitif Wine

10ml Honey liqueur

12.5ml Lemon Juice

20ml Sparkling Wine

1  Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupe Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the first four liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.

  3. Top up with Sparkling Wine.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
