25ml Lime juice
12.5ml Simple syrup
2 Dashes Cocktail Bitters
130ml Ginger Beer
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all ingredients to an Ice-filled Highball Glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
