Don Limonada

A signature classic made with Don Julio Blanco. When garnishing with Fresh Mint remember to shock it with Cold Ice Water first and slap it to release aroma.

Ingredients

50ml Don Julio Blanco

1 Lemon cut into pieces

15ml Agave Syrup

8 Mint Leaves

50ml Sparkling Water

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add ingredients to a shaker and muddle.

  2. Add ice and shake.

  3. Strain into a Rocks Glass filled with Ice.

  4. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
