Enjoy the crisp Gordon's Gin combined with Lemon and Sugar and topped with delicious Champagne.

50ml Gordon's Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Champagne
1 Marachino Cherry (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Champagne Flute
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients except the Champagne with Ice.
Fine strain into a Champagne Flute.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
