25ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

10ml Triple Sec

25ml Pineapple Juice

10ml Grenadine

1 Slice of Pineapple (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple Slice.
