Ingredients

35ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka

10ml Orange liqueur

70ml Hibiscus tea

15ml Honey syrup

10ml Lime

5 Raspberries

1 Rasprerry (Garnish)

1 Hibiscus Flower (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients and the Five Raspberries with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Raspberry and a Hibiscus Flower.
