Iced Strawberry Shortcake
Strawberry shortcake never tasted so good! A muddled blend of fresh strawberries and Smirnoff Iced Cake chilled with lemonade and amaretto liqueur. Served straight up...you'll definitely want seconds!

3 Fresh strawberries
50ml Smirnoff Iced Cake
50ml Still Lemonade
15ml Amaretto liqueur
1 Strawberry (Garnish)
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Coupe Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
1 Muddler
method
Muddle the Strawberries and Vodka in a cocktail shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake with Ice.
Fine strain into a Coupe Glass.
Garnish with a strawberry and lemon twist
