10ml Heather Honey
2 Flakes sea salt
1 Dash of Ginger bitters
1 Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

1 Tongs
method
Add all the ingredients in an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with Rosemary.
