Island Grog

Cast off for the islands, it's time for grog! A combo of Captain Morgan White Rum with Ginger and Amaretto Liqueurs and Fresh Lime that's served on the rocks with a splash of Ginger Beer - next stop, Jamaica!

Ingredients

25ml Captain Morgan White Rum

10ml Ginger Liqueur

10ml Amaretto Liqueur

50ml Ginger Beer

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Orgeat Syrup 

1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

1 Sugar Cane (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Collins Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Sugar Cane and Lime Wheel.
