Ketel, Cucumber & Ruby Grapefruit
Crisp and cool! An enticing combination of Ketel One Original Vodka with elderflower liqueur, Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice and cucumber for easy summer sipping.

35ml Ketel One Original Vodka
10ml Elderflower Liqueur
50ml Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 Cucumber Strip (Garnish)

1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Vegetable Peeler
1 Tongs
1 Toothpick (For Garnish)
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Use the Vegetable Peeler to cut a vertical strip of Cucumber.
Roll the Cucumber and skewer with a Toothpick and place on top of the glass.
