Ketel One Cucumber Cooler
Cool down with this crisp cocktail! Ketel One Citroen Flavoured Vodka over muddled Cucumbers, Limes and served on the rocks with a splash of Ginger Beer - a delightfully fresh sip of summer!

Ingredients
50ml Ketel One Citroen Flavoured Vodka
5 Slices Seedless Cucumber with 1 slice for garnish
15ml Lime Juice
50ml Ginger Beer
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Muddle the Cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the Ginger Beer and shake with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Collins Glass.
Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with a Cucumber Slice.
