Ketel One Vodka Mojito
Fresh mint and citrus combined with Ketel One Vodka for a cool and invigorating long drink.

Ingredients
50ml Ketel One Vodka
20ml Lime juice
20ml Simple syrup
12 Mint leaves
60ml Soda water
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Gently muddle the Mint with Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup and Ketel One Vodka in a Highball Glass.
Fill a Highball Glass with Crushed Ice and churn.
Top up with Crushed Ice and Soda Water.
Garnish with a Sprig of Mint.
