50ml Don Julio Reposado Tequila

125ml Grapefruit soda

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Rim a Highball Glass with salt.

  2. Add all ingredients to the salt-rimmed Highball Glass with ice.

  3. Stir to combine.

  4. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
