25ml Don Julio 70 Tequila

15ml Elderflower Liqueur

125ml Hot Water

1 Simple Syrup

1 Tea Bag Lemon

1 Lemon Peel Twist (Garnish)

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Make Lemon Tea in a Mug, letting it steep for two minutes.

  2. Remove the teabag and add the other liquid ingredients.

  3. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon Peel Twist.
