Melon Cup
A garden-fresh pleasure! Smirnoff Melon blended with Pimm's No. 1 Liqueur and a Splash of Sour Mix that's served on the rocks and topped off with Ginger Ale - it's a sensational sip of summer!

Ingredients
35ml Smirnoff Melon
10ml Pimm's No. 1 Liqueur
15ml Sweet and Sour Mix
10ml Simple Syrup
70ml Ginger Ale
2 Melon Balls (Garnish)
1 Lemon Wheel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Shake the first four liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Collins Glass.
Top up with Ginger Ale.
Garnish with a Melon Ball and Lemon Wheel Skewer.
