Ingredients

40ml Don Julio Blanco

20ml Agave Syrup

5ml Lime Juice

20ml Orange Juice

50ml Ginger Hibiscus Tea (cold: 3-4 minute infusion)

2cl Thumbnail of Ginger

1 Orange Zest (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the Ginger in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with Ice.

  3.  Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  4. Garnish with an Orange Twist.
