Zacapa is shaken with Cassis and Almond and topped up with Guinness in this rich, interesting cocktail.

37.5ml Ron Zacapa 23
25ml Crème de Cassis
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Orgeat
1 Top with Guinness Irish Stout
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Guinness, with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.
Top with Guinness.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
