25ml Sweet & sour mix
15ml Passion Fruit Syrup
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Fine Strainer

method
Shake all the ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
