Passion Fruit Mojito with Ketel One

Ingredients
50ml Ketel One Vodka
20ml Passion Fruit Purée
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
50ml Soda
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
1 Passion Fruit Slice (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Gently muddle the Mint with the other ingredients except for the Soda Water in a Highball Glass.
Fill the glass with Crushed Ice and churn.
Top up again with Crushed ice and add Soda Water.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a Lemon Wedge.
