10ml Poire William
25ml Pear juice
25ml Green tea
10ml Ginger syrup
10ml Lemon juice
1 Lime wheel (Garnish)

1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer

method
Shake all the ingredients with Ice
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Lime Wheel.
