Spice it up! Don Julio Blanco Tequila with pineapple juice and Habanero lime syrup. Served on the rocks with a chili salt rim, it's a hot and sweet treat.

Ingredients

50ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila

50ml Pineapple juice

10ml Lime Juice

10ml Habenero lime syrup

10ml Simple syrup

1 Pinch Chilli Salt (Garnish)

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Rim a Highball Glass with Chilli Salt and fill with Ice.

  2. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  3. Strain into the Ice-filled, Salt-rimmed Highball Glass.

  4. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
