50ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila
50ml Pineapple juice
10ml Lime Juice
10ml Habenero lime syrup
10ml Simple syrup
1 Pinch Chilli Salt (Garnish)
1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Rim a Highball Glass with Chilli Salt and fill with Ice.
Shake all the ingredients with Ice.
Strain into the Ice-filled, Salt-rimmed Highball Glass.
Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
