Pineapple Flambe

This fiery flambͩ is fantastic! Captain Morgan White Rum chilled with Butterscotch Schnapps, Pineapple Juice and Habanero Lime Syrup that's served with a chilli spice rim - it's fire and spice and everything nice!

Ingredients

35ml Captain Morgan White Rum

10ml  Butterscotch Schnapps

50ml  Pineapple Juice

15ml Habanero Lime Syrup 

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

1 Chilli Salt (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Martini Glass

2 Plates

1 Cocktail shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Dip the rim of a Martini Glass in Syrup.

  2. Dip the sugar-rim the glass in the Chilli Salt to line it.

  3. Shake all ingredients with Ice.

  4. Fine strain into the Martini Glass.

  5. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
