Ingredients

35ml Captain Morgan White Rum

10ml  Navan Vanilla Liqueur

70ml Pineapple Juice

25ml Pineapple Syrup

15ml Habanero Lime Syrup

1 Melon Ball (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Martini Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Soak Melon Balls in Rum and leave to marinade.

  2. Shake all ingredients with Ice.

  3. Fine strain into a Martini Glass.

  4. Garnish with the Rum-soaked Melon Ball.
