50ml Don Julio Tequila
12.5ml Lemon juice
12.5ml Lime juice
12.5ml Grenadine
12.5ml Orgeat syrup
25ml Pasteurized Egg White (or 1 small fresh egg white)
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Coupe Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients vigourously with Ice.
Fine strain into a Coupe Glass.
Garnish with a Lime Wheel.
