Ankrah was looking for a way to put a modern and playful twist on the classic Martini. The result was the Pornstar Martini.
The cocktail quickly became a sensation in the UK and beyond, with its unique combination of sweet and tart flavours, including its signature garnish of a fresh passion fruit with a shot of prosecco on the side
The Pornstar Martini is a perfect example of how a creative bartender can take a classic cocktail and give it a modern twist. Its popularity is a testament to the enduring appeal of the Martini and the endless possibilities for innovation and experimentation in the world of cocktails.
