25ml Lemon juice
12.5ml Crème de Cassis
12.5ml Sugar syrup
30ml Champagne
1 Strawberry (Garnish)
1 Raspberry (Garnish)
1 Blackberry (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Build in a Crushed Ice-filled Sling Glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackberry.
