Ingredients

40ml Talisker Skye

50ml Lillet Blanc

3 Sage Leaves

1 Sage Leaf (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar spoon

1 Tongs

1 Mixing Glass

1 Julep Strainer

method

  1. lap the Sage Leaves and place in a Mixing Glass.

  2. Add all the ingredients to an Ice-filled Mixing Glass.

  3. Stir to mix, chill and dilute.

  4. Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  5. Garnish with a Sage Leaf.
