15ml Simple Syrup
50ml Soda
1 Grapefruit Wheel (Garnish)
1 Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

1 Bar Spoon

method
Add all ingredients to a Highball Glass filled with Cubed Ice.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Grapefruit Wheel and a Rosemary Sprig.
