Ingredients

15ml Pimm's No. 1 Liqueur

70ml Sterling Vintner's Collection Riesling

15ml Simple Syrup

3 Slices Cucumber

2 Coins of Fresh Ginger

1 Cucumber Peel Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the Ginger Coin and Cucumber in a Shaker Tin.

  2. Add all the other liquid ingredients and shake with Ice.

  3. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  4. Garnish with a Cucumber Peel Twist.
